Is your gear safe for my pet? Absolutely. We’re pet parents too! Every product in our shop is vetted for safety, durability, and non-toxic materials. If we wouldn't give it to our own fur-babies, we won't sell it to yours.

Where do you ship from? To get you the most unique gear at the best prices, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers in the USA, Canada, and internationally. This allows us to cut out the middleman and pass the savings on to you!

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

When will my order arrive? Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Processing: 1–3 days (we’ve got to get it ready!) Shipping: Varies by location. You’ll receive email with a specific estimate after checkout. Note: If your order is split into two packages, don't panic! Some items ship faster than others. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I track my package? You bet. Once your order flies out the door, we’ll email you a tracking number to follow.

🔄 Returns & Issues

What if the item is damaged or doesn't fit? Don't sweat it. If an item arrives damaged or the size is wrong for your pet, contact our compassionate Customer Care Team within 14 days. We’ll make it right in no time. See our Return/Refund policy.
